Our Co-Living has a total of 12 private rooms, with different sizes, features and prices.
Depending on the room you will choose, our prices are ranging from :
- 145€ to 200€ a week
- 570€ to 690€ a month
For our guests to fully experience the community vibe, we have set a 1 weeks minimum stay in our Coliving.
We apply extra discounts for monthly stays and our average stay is between 1 and 2 months.

Payment conditions
You will be charged 30% of the total amount as a deposit, when the booking is made.
It will be refundable up to 1 month before your arrival.
The remaining 70% will be due 2 weeks before your arrival, with a no refund policy.
